A convenient and portable protein snack.

Ingredients (makes about 10 bites):

1 cup (100g) rolled oats (or gluten-free oats for vegan)

1/2 cup (50g) Fit4Blast whey protein powder (or vegan protein powder)

1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk for vegan)

1/4 cup dried fruit (chopped)

1/4 cup nut butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine oats, Fit4Blast protein powder, milk, dried fruit, nut butter, and chia seeds. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
