Ingredients (1 Serving):
1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk for vegan)
1 scoop (25g) Fit4Blast whey protein powder (or vegan protein powder)
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
Toppings: granola, sliced fruit, chia seeds, shredded coconut


Instructions:
In a blender, combine milk, Fit4Blast protein powder, banana, berries, and nut butter (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite granola, fruit, chia seeds, or coconut.
