A delicious and versatile breakfast or snack.

Ingredients (1 Serving):
1/2 cup (75g) rolled oats (or gluten-free oats for vegan)
1 scoop (25g) Fit4Blast whey or vegan protein powder (or vegan protein powder)
1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk for vegan)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, nut butter, yogurt (skip yogurt for vegan)

Instructions:
In a blender, combine oats, Fit4Blast protein powder, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
