A quick and easy single-serve protein dessert.

Ingredients (1 Serving):

1/4 cup (30g) rolled oats (or gluten-free oats for vegan)

1 scoop (25g) Fit4Blast whey protein powder (or vegan protein powder)

1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk for vegan)

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tablespoon natural nut butter

1 tablespoon chocolate chips (dairy-free for vegan)

 

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe mug, combine oats, protein powder, milk, and baking powder. Mix well.

Stir in nut butter and chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, or until cooked through.

Let cool slightly before enjoying!
